This is a Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba) Karuta Trump card set.

It's a game card that allows you to play both Trump (playing cards) and Karuta.

I purchased it as a collectible and haven't played any games with it. However, there is a slight crease/fold on the top part of the ♢5 card (Kanawo).
